Jet Airways Revised No-show Policy

9W No-show Policy will be revised sales and travel effective 6th August, 2018 as follows:
A guest will be treated as a No-show –
a. who doesn’t show up for the flight OR
b. who cancels / amends his/her reservation –

  • Domestic India routes: within 2 hours of the flight’s scheduled departure time. 
  • International routes: within 5 hours of the flight’s scheduled departure time.

All No-show cases will attract no-show penalties as per applicable fare rules. ADMs will be raised in cases where No Show Penalties are not collected as per the applicable fare rules.
