Terms and conditions:
- The above fares are valid for ticket issued and travel on/after 15 February 2019 and on/before 31 January 2020.
- Validity of ticket:
- For RT ticket one year from the commencement of first leg.
- Tax, Fees and Charges (TFCs): TFCs not included in the fares. Hence, the applicable TFCs should be collected as per the law of the land.
- Above Fare are to be shown in the ticket followed by Fare basis.
- Restriction: “Valid on RA/TG only” “Non-Endorsable” “Non-Re-routable” should be mentioned in the Endorsement box of the ticket.
- Sales/Restriction: Ticket must be issued on RA plate/document only and may be sold in Nepal/ Hong Kong, SAR, China/ Thailand /UAE / Qatar/Malaysia and India (Only Gross Fare for Point of sales permitted in India).
- Rerouting: Not permitted.
- Flight Application: TG flight share ranges TG 1000-9999 excluded from this Agreement.
- Discount:
- CHILD- Charge 75% of the applicable adult fares for children who have reached their 2nd birthday but have not reached their 12th birthday. ‘CH’ to be mentioned along with Fare Basis and Date of birth should be mentioned in the Endorsement box of the ticket.
- INFANT not occupying seat 10% of the normal published fare should be collected.
- Industry and Agents discount is not applicable.
- Tour Leader Discount is not applicable.
- Penalties: Date Change, No-Show and Cancellation
- Date Change: Any time with charge of NPR 3500 or equivalent.
- Change fee must be coded as OD in tax field.
- Any difference in fare and taxes also to be charged in addition to change penalty.
- Penalties will not apply to infants not occupying seats.
- Change must be made within ticket validity.
- Change fee is non refundable.
- Penalty Charges are non-commissionable. Applicable GST will be additional.
- No Show: Any time with charge of NPR 5000 or equivalent.
- A No-Show for a flight is considered when a passenger fails to use the reservation a day before departure of the scheduled flight.
- No Show charge will be applicable if passenger fails to report at airport or denied to board due to improper documentation and refused by immigration.
- No Show fee must be coded as OD in tax field.
- Whenever a No Show ticket is presented for refund only refund fee will apply.
- Any difference in fare and taxes also to be charged in addition to the No-Show penalty.
- Penalties will not apply to infant not occupying seat.
- No show charge fee is non refundable.
- Penalty Charges are non-commissionable. Applicable GST will be additional.
- Cancellation/ Refund: Any time with charge of NPR 6000 or equivalent
- In case of fully unutilized ticket and submitted for refund applicable refund charges will apply.
- Partial Refund:
- In case of RT journey ticket, if one way journey is completed the unutilized portion will be refunded, deducting OW applicable fare plus refund charge.
- In case of OW journey if partial sector is used the remaining sector will not be refunded.
- In case of RT journey, if partial sector is used not completing ½ RT then refund will be only for ½ RT. If travel is made for more than ½ RT but partial sector is not used then refund for unused sector will not be provided.
- No refund for coupon out of sequence.
- Penalties will not apply to infant’s not occupying seat.
- Penalty charges are non-commissionable. Applicable GST will be addition.
- Volume Incentive: Applicable on RA sector only.
- Normal Baggage Allowance:
- 30 Kg in Business Class.
- 20 Kg in all Economy Class.
- This supersedes all previous circular in this regard.
