Terms
and conditions:
Ø The above fares are
valid for ticket issued and travel on/after 15 August 2019 and on/before 14
August 2020.
Ø Validity of ticket:
a)
For
RT ticket one year from the commencement of first leg.
b)
Taxes, Fees and Charges
(TFCs):
TFCs not included in the above fares. Hence, the applicable TFCs should be collected as per the law of the
land.
1.
Above Fare are to be shown in the ticket followed by
respective Fare basis.
2.
Restriction: “Valid on RA/NH only”,
“Non-Endorsable”, “Non-Re-routable” should be mentioned in the Endorsement box
of the ticket.
3.
Eligibility: Applicable to all
National. Other than Nepali/Indian are required to pay in Convertible currency.
4.
Sales/Advertisement: Ticket must be issued
on RA plate/document only and shall be sold in Nepal/ Hong Kong, SAR, China/
Thailand /UAE / Qatar/Malaysia/Korea/Japan and India (Only Gross Fare Permitted for
Point of Sales India).
5.
Rerouting: Not permitted.
6.
Discount:
a.
CHILD- Charge 75% of the
applicable adult fares for children who have reached their 2nd
birthday but have not reached their 12th birthday. ‘CH’ to be
mentioned along with Fare Basis and Date of birth should be mentioned in the
Endorsement box of the ticket.
b.
INFANT- Charge 10% of the
applicable Adult Fares for babies who have not reached their 2nd
birthday. ‘IN’ to be mentioned along with Fare Basis and Date of birth should
be mentioned in the Endorsement box of the ticket.
c.
Industry and Agents discount is not applicable.
d.
Tour Leader Discount is not applicable.
7.
Penalties: Date Change, No-Show
and Cancellation/Refund.
A.
Date
Change- Any
time. Date change charge NPR 6500 or equivalent will apply.
i.
A Date change is a date/flight modification.
ii.
Any difference in fare and taxes also to be
charged in addition to the change penalty.
iii.
Change must be made within the ticket validity.
iv.
Change fee must be coded as OD in tax field.
v.
Penalties will not apply to infants not
occupying seats.
vi.
When fares are combined the most restrictive
conditions apply for the entire journey.
vii.
Penalty charges are Non Commissionable and Non
Refundable.
viii.
Applicable GST/VAT will be additional.
B.
No Show-Any time. No-Show charge NPR 9000 or equivalent will apply.
i)
No Show charge will be applicable if passengers fails
to cancel the confirm booking one day prior to the flight date or fails to
report at airport or denied to board due to improper documentation and refused
by immigration.
ii)
Change must be made within the ticket validity.
iii)
No Show fee must be coded as OD in tax field.
iv)
Penalties will not apply to infants not
occupying seats.
v)
When fares are combined the most restrictive
conditions apply for the entire journey.
vi)
Date change or cancellation of booking on same
day of departure or after departure will be treated as No Show.
vii)
Penalty charges are Non Commissionable and Non
Refundable.
viii)
Applicable GST/VAT will be additional.
C. Cancellation/Refund- Any time.
i)
Against
Without No show: - When a fully unutilized/partially utilized
ticket is presented for refund before No-show, applicable cancellation/Refund
charge without No-Show
charges NPR 11000 or equivalent will apply.
ii)
Against
with No-Show:- When a
fully unutilized/partially utilized ticket is presented for refund after
No-show applicable cancellation/Refund charge with No-Show charges NPR 13000 or equivalent will
apply.
No-Show is
considered if passenger fails to cancel the confirm booking one day prior to
departure of the flight .If booking is cancelled one day prior to the departure
of the flight, proof of booking cancellation must be submitted, otherwise
ticket will be considered as No-Show.
iii)
Partially
utilized ticket- Deduct applicable one way carrier fare or half
Round Trip carrier fare whichever is higher in the same RBD for the sector
utilized plus applicable taxes and cancellation/refund charge and if any
balance remains may be refunded. However, if no one way fare exists for the
utilized sector in the same RBD the next higher RBD will apply in addition to
the change penalty.
iv)
Cancellation/Refund for fully or partially
unutilized ticket must be submitted within the validity of the ticket. Validity
expired ticket submitted for refund shall not be refunded.
v)
No Refund for coupon out of sequence.
vi)
Penalty charges are Non Commissionable and Non
Refundable.
vii)
Penalties will not apply to infant’s not
occupying seat.
viii)
Applicable GST/VAT will be additional.
ix)
Charge may be collected from Base Fare and
carrier imposed fees (i.e. YQ and YR).
8.
Volume Incentive: Applicable on RA sector
only.
9.
Free Baggage Allowance:
i)
50 kg (2 pieces*25Kg)
for Business class
ii)
46 Kg (2 pieces*23 Kg) for all
Economy
class.
