• This Sabre PNR Import integration copies bookings, reservations and information from your Sabre PNRs into Umapped.
  • Changes made in Sabre will not automatically update in Umapped - these changes must be adjusted manually, re-imported, or you can upgrade to our Sabre Live integration. 
  • The PE field in the Sabre PNR must be completed.

There are 2 ways to import from Sabre using our Sabre PNR Import:

A. Import by Record Locator
B. Upload a Sabre TripCase PDF
A. Import by Record Locator

Step 1: From Step 2. Itinerary, select 'Import from GDS' from the 'Import Bookings' drop-down menu


Step 2: Enter the Record Locator and the Last Name associated with the reservations. Ensure the PE field in the Sabre PNR is completed.

Step 3: Select 'Sabre TripCase' from the 'Booking System' drop-down menu

Step 4: Click 'Import'
B. Upload a Sabre TripCase PDF

Step 1: From Step 2. Itinerary, select 'Upload Booking PDF' from the 'Import Bookings' drop-down menu


Step 2: Choose your Sabre TripCase PDF file that is saved on your computer

Step 3: Select "Sabre TripCase" from the Itinerary Type drop-down menu

Step 4: Click 'Upload'



**If a PNR is re-imported to a trip, the information that was previously imported will be updated. For this reason, we suggest adding additional itinerary and booking information/descriptions using the Add Content feature to avoid loosing any information or content that was previously added to the bookings.
