Procedure
To send an ITR or e-ticket itinerary receipt by e-mail you have the following options:
1- Type the format: ITR-EMLA

| EMLA | Format that indicates that it will be sent to the e-mail address in the PNR (APE element) |
2- Type the format: ITR-EML-JULIO.ROJAS@ABCMAIL.COM
Explanation:
| ITR- | Format to send the e-ticket itinerary receipt |
| EML- | Format that indicates that it will be sent by e-mail |
| JULIO.ROJAS@ABCMAIL.COM | Passenger´s e-mail address |
3- Other options to send an ITR by mail:
