How to solve 'NO NAME' issue in Amadeus?

You may receive this error when trying to retrieve a PNR.
This error also appears when selling/requesting space for special passenger such as an unaccompanied minor (UM) or stretcher (ST) passenger .
  • Example: RT/LASTNAME or RT FLT NBR/DATE-NAME, or RTRECLOC
  • Example (UM) long sell: SS6X343L10JULNCELHRUM1/9

Customer Action

1. Try retrieving the PNR using the different options: RTrecord locator, RTflight number/date-name.

1.1. If you are selling an UM or ST segment, enter the name first. Refer to the related links section for more information.
2. If you are working on an Amadeus e-Travel Management site: 
  • Contact the Website administrator to check that RP/office id/ALL exists in their command builder list of entries.
