Due to the affection of the novel coronavirus-infected pneumonia, Sichuan Airlines confirmed to cancel flights as below:

Notice of Ticket Handling Rules regarding the Recent Cancellation of Sichuan Airline’s Internatinal and Regional Flights


Due to the affection of the novel coronavirus-infected pneumonia, and according to the policies of the governments of the destination countries, Sichuan Airlines will cancel some international and regional flights. We apologize for the resulting impact on your travel plan. To guarantee the subsequent passenger ticket service, Sichuan Airlines has made the following rules for involuntary ticket handling:

I. Applicable Tickets

Any tickets that contain unused segments on any planned canceled international and regional flights which flight date is from January 31,2020 to March 28,2020 with a ticket number beginning with “876”(including mileage award tickets) and with a ticket number beginning with "365" ,“275”,“169”which including the above Sichuan Airlines’ flights.

II. Ticket Handling Rules

1. Free refund

2. Flight Change

Any eligible tickets as defined above can be changed, within the ticket validity period, to another flight before June 30, 2020 (inclusive). No change fee, subclass price difference or seasonality price difference will be charged. For alterations to flights after July 1, 2020 (inclusive), no change fee will be charged, but subclass price difference and seasonality price difference will be charged. The above free change rules only apply to the first change request. For subsequent requests, the ticket's conditions of use apply.
