Tibet Airlines KTM-XIY Flight cancellation

Please find the attachment from Tibet Airlines regarding their flight cancellation for KTM-XIY sector due to the health crisis.

Tibet Airlines will stop flights for XIY starting 2nd Feb,2020 due to the higher growth of virus infecting masses of people at once so kindly requesting you to manage your passengers’ tickets traveling on/after 2nd Feb before 1st Feb.

Subject: Disturbance in flight for few days

Dear Sir/Madam,
We are really sorry to inform you about the disturbance of our flight Kathmandu Xi’an Xianyang (KTM-XIY), due to the health crisis faced by Chinese people. As the virus being observed into different states of china taking this situation into consideration our airlines have stopped the group visit.
We shall stop our flight from 2nd of February 2020, due to the higher growth of virus infecting masses of people at once.
We would like to inform you to consider our following request on the time of emergency:
  1. We have our last flight on 1st February 2020, and after that day our airlines will not have any flights until we get another information from head office. 
So, we would like to request you to please manage the passenger’s ticket before 1st February and inform them about the casualty being faced.
And please inform all those passenger’s immediately who have booked the ticket after 1st February to (KTM-XIY) to reschedule it before the given date.
  1. On the demand of the passenger please reschedule and refund the ticket of the passenger free of cost, before 1st February.
  2.  The issuing agency should strictly inform the passenger about no any flight further after 1st February 2020. (If the passenger are seen visiting the airport for the flight after 1st February then we are not responsible, but ticket issuing company shall be responsible for the loss of the passenger)
We are really sorry for the inconvenience that everyone is facing due to the massive growth of virus. I hope you would take this sensitive matter seriously and help our passenger return home in schedule time. We hope for your continuous support.
