This course is intended to explain elements of the BSP system that are common to all parts of the world and is divided into six learning modules covering the fundamental components of the BSP system followed by a final examination. The modules comprise:

Final Examination
All subjects should be studied in the sequence in which they are presented. Do not skip a subject because material in a later lesson may be based on material presented in an earlier lesson and all material in the course will be examined in the Final Examination.
Lessons in each module contain Key Learning Points to help the learner remember important information. Each lesson ends with a set of study check questions to assess the learner's understanding of the material presented.
Each Module ends with a Revision test, based on key information contained in the lessons. If you answer 80% of the questions correctly, then you will be able to print a personalized Letter of Attestation, confirming that you have completed the learning Module.
Note: Letters of Attestation are not IATA Certificates, nor do they imply IATA certification. In order to receive an IATA Certificate, you must successfully complete the Final Examination.
The Final Examination contains 50 questions covering training content presented in all six modules. Students who successfully complete this examination with a grade of 80% or better are eligible to receive an IATA Certificate in "BSP Essentials for Travel Agents".
More information on how to obtain the IATA Certificate in BSP Essentials for Travel Agents is described in the introduction to the Final Examination.
