Amadeus EMD Sender Address Change

EMD - SENDER ADDRESS CHANGE ON EMD RECEIPT

Electronic Miscellaneous Document (EMD) receipt is sent to traveler after issuance, currently with originator email address emailserver@pop3.amadeus.net.

We would like to advise the change in originator email address to send the EMD passenger receipt with new address, noreply@amadeus.com.

Main Benefits:

•   Homogenize all documents sent via email using Amadeus domain name.

•   Advantage of additional security measures (DMARC – Domain based Authentication, Reporting, and

  Conformance) implemented on Amadeus email infrastructures.

  The content and the layout of the EMD passenger receipt will remain unchanged.
