Amadeus Unused E‐Ticket Tracking Report Enhancements

The current cryptic UETTR (Unused E-Ticket Tracking Report) solution is a tool integrated in Amadeus Electronic Ticketing that provides a list of unused e-tickets (not flown, not exchanged, not voided, not refunded) issued through Amadeus, to easily identify the e-tickets that can be exchanged or refunded.

The new cryptic UETTR solution will enable users to identify all their unused documents issued through Amadeus, including both e-tickets and EMD (Electronic Miscellaneous Documents).

In addition to this enhancement, the new cryptic UETTR solution will provide more accurate data, with a re-check of the coupon’s status on a regular basis (the frequency is based on the airline’s preferences) to identify unused documents. When a document is defined as used after re-check, it will no longer be shown in UETTR report.

Users will also no longer be deactivated after a period of inactivity.

The report will be customizable with the below search criteria:

1. Passenger Name
2. Client Account Number
3. Validating Carrier
4. Document Number/Document Type
5. Last date of departure
6. Amadeus Record Locator
7. Last query date to the airline's database
