Requirements for passengers traveling to Saudi Arabia:
The Government of Saudi Arabia has mandated implementation on the Institutional quarantine requirement for those who intend to travel to the Kingdom
from Non-Restricted Counties.
1. All the passengers must submit a negative (COVID-19) PCR Test certificate. The period of submitted certificate must not exceed 72 hours prior to the flight departure.
2. Saudi Citizens and their accompanies are exempted from Institutional Quarantine facilities.
3. All non-immune passengers must undergo 7 days Institutional Quarantine in a dedicated quarantine facility, listed by the Government of Saudi Arabia. The
cost of institutional quarantine and two PCR tests are included on the ticket fare.
4. Exemption for Institutional Quarantine applies to Immune passengers.
- For Citizens or residents: whose status shows (Immune) in (Tawakalna) application by completing their vaccinations against (Covid-19), those who have recovered from (Covid-19) in a period not exceeding 6 months.
- For non-residents and first-time visitors: Who have completed 14days since receiving all doses of the vaccination by an authorized vaccine by the kingdom of Saudi Arabia), while providing a certificate or proof in accordance with the requirements set by the Ministry of Health.

- Two doses of the Pfizer Biontech vaccine.
- Two doses of the Oxford-Astra Zeneca vaccine.
- Two doses of the Moderna vaccine.
- One dose of Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine.
5. Travelers who intend on visiting Saudi Arabia should have medical insurance that covers Covid-19 treatment. (This excludes citizens, residents and CGG citizens). The
insurance should cover the cost of treatment in outpatient clinics, emergencies, and hospitals; including institutional quarantine for a period of up to 14 days.
6. Immune passengers must present the Vaccination Certificate proof with authorized Stamp or QR code from the Government authorized hospital of Nepal.
7. Immune passengers must fill out “The registration immunization information form” before travelling to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through the following
approved website: https://muqeem.sa/#/vaccine-registration/home
8. Tawakkalna application should be downloaded without fail and passenger should logged-in with the assembly code within 24 hours of checking-in.
