- Queues 50-199—reserved for MMT use for various purposes
- Queues 200-209—reserved as default office queues in each PCC (office manager will monitor these)
- Queues 200-511—reserved for agent use and assigned by the ITS department as needed

- 202—Car/Hotel/Tour
- 203—General Non-Urgent
- 204-205—Reserved for future MMT use
- 206-209—Available for office use as needed (manager decides how to use these queues)
Agent Individual Queues
Each agent is assigned 10 queues for his/her exclusive use. Some are preassigned for specific uses and others are available for the agent to use as he/ she needs. Please see info below for an ex. of an agent who is assigned queues 240-249:
- 240—Agent Default
- 241—Schedule Changes URGENT
- 242—Car/Hotel/Tour
- 243—General Non-Urgent
- 244—Seats
- 245-246—Reserved for future MMT use
- 247-249 —Available for agent use as needed (agent decides how to use these queues)
